Paris Saint-Germain 'prepare lucrative three-year deal for Sergio Ramos'

Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos is reportedly offered £18m per season by Paris Saint-Germain to make the switch to Ligue 1 next summer.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly poised to offer Sergio Ramos a lucrative three-year deal to make the switch to the Parc des Princes from Real Madrid.

The distinguished 34-year-old recently hit the 100-goal mark for Los Blancos, but Ramos is now in the final year of his contract with Zinedine Zidane's side.

The Spain international is said to be after a new deal until 2023, but keeping in line with their tradition of only offering one-year extensions to players over 30, Real Madrid are reportedly not budging on the issue.

As a result, AS claims that PSG are ready to take advantage of the situation and offer Ramos a three-year deal worth £18m per season in the French capital.

Nevertheless, the report also states that Ramos still wants to retire in Madrid, but the veteran defender has not held talks with president Florentino Perez over his Bernabeu future yet.

Ramos, who has established a reputation as a reliable penalty taker over the years, missed two spot kicks in Spain's 1-1 draw with Switzerland in the Nations League on Saturday.
