Cristiano Ronaldo assures Juventus that he will remain with the club until at least the summer of 2022, according to a report.

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly assured Juventus that he will remain with the Italian champions until at least the end of the 2021-22 campaign.

The 35-year-old signed a four-year deal with the Italian champions upon his arrival from Real Madrid in 2018, meaning that he is tied to the Old Lady until June 2022.

Ronaldo has scored 53 times in 75 outings for Juve, including 25 in 32 appearances during the 2019-20 campaign, with 21 of those goals coming in Serie A.

There have been suggestions that the Portugal international is eyeing a return to Real Madrid, while Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have also been credited with an interest.

However, according to Tuttosport, Ronaldo has pledged his future to Maurizio Sarri's side and will therefore be staying with the club until at least the end of the 2021-22 season.

The attacker netted 450 goals for Real Madrid between 2009 and 2018, becoming their all-time leading scorer in the process, before seeking pastures new.
