Alexis Sanchez could leave Manchester United this summer to re-join Colo-Colo, according to a report.

Alexis Sanchez could reportedly leave Manchester United this summer to re-join Colo-Colo.

The Chile international is currently on loan at Inter Milan but has struggled to make his mark at San Siro, scoring just once in 15 appearances for Antonio Conte's side in all competitions.

As it stands, the 31-year-old will return to Old Trafford this summer, but it seems unlikely that the attacker has a future with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.

Sanchez still has more than two years left to run on his contract with the Red Devils, but according to Dale Albo, the South American could return to Colo-Colo during this summer's transfer window.

The attacker scored nine times in 48 appearances for the Chilean outfit between 2006 and 2007 while on loan from Udinese.

Sanchez has only managed five goals and nine assists in 45 appearances for United since joining the club from Arsenal in January 2018.
