Paris Saint-Germain allegedly emerge as the frontrunners to sign Chelsea winger Willian on a free transfer during the summer transfer window.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly emerged as the favourites to secure a deal for Chelsea winger Willian.

While the Brazil international has been a first-team regular under Frank Lampard, he has less than six months remaining on his contract.

Despite the playmaker indicating that he wishes to remain in London, the two parties have been unable to reach a compromise over fresh terms.

According to Le10Sport, PSG are willing to meet the demands of the 31-year-old, who wants at least a three-year contract at Stamford Bridge.

With no transfer fee being required, the French giants are happy to commit to that length of deal, as well as handing Willian a pay rise.

The long-serving Blues player has contributed six goals and six assists from 35 outings in the Premier League and Champions League this season.
